Enrollment Procedures
You may call the school office to schedule a time to tour the school. Our office hours are Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 2:30 P.M.
Registration
Enrollment for a school year begins at the end of the previous school year. Click the link to the right to download a registration form.
Requirements for Registration
All new registrants must have the following information attached to the registration form:
- Pastor verification form
- Memorandum of Understanding from parents
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate
- Official immunization records
- Copy of school records (Grades 1-8)
Kindergarten and First Grade
Kindergarten students are to be five years old by October 1st of the current school year, and first grade students are to be six years old by October 1st of the current school year.
Transfer Students
Any student transferring to Saint John Neumann will need the following:
- Pastor verification form
- Memorandum of Understanding from parents
- Most recent report card
- Copy of school and health records
- Registration form
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate
